Refund policy

Finality of Purchase

Each piece is crafted with care and intended for long-term wear. All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been processed for dispatch.

Policy Overview

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for the following:

  • Incorrect size selection.

  • Change of mind after the order is processed.

  • Transit delays once a piece has been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Pieces

In the event you receive a piece that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our client relations team within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Order reference number.

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution will be provided where applicable.

Order Accuracy

Clients are responsible for ensuring all details are accurate at checkout, including size selection, delivery address, and piece selection. Galerie Dijon is not responsible for errors entered by the client.
