Shipping policy
Order Processing
Each piece is individually inspected for quality before dispatch. Orders are prepared for transit within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). A notification will be shared once your piece has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery is calculated at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier:

Domestic: 3–5 business days.

International: 7–21 business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by local authorities. Please note that Galerie Dijon is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Refused shipments due to unpaid fees will not be refunded.
Accuracy & Liability
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Once a piece is marked as delivered by the carrier, Galerie Dijon is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for transit delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
